Villa Beauchêne, Sainte Maxime

This luxury villa, built in Provencal style, is located on top of a hill in the popular Semaphore district. In the sun all day long for the ultimate French holiday feeling. We have designed the house with many places where you can relax, read, swim, sit in the sun or in the shade. The swimming pool is in the sun all day long, with nice beds to lie on and your book to read under the parasol. You will find shade under the veranda all day long, until around drinks time. Then the sun will peek through and you can enjoy the most  beautiful sunset. The house is a 2-minute drive from the charming center of Sainte-Maxime. Here you can find the tastiest bakeries, and nice bistros for coffee in the morning or a delicious lunch or dinner. When f you drive in the other direction, you can reach the beautiful beaches of La Nartelle within 2 minutes. Here too there are nice authentic French beach bars to the hipper places.

We had the house built 20 years ago. Our dream: a place under the sun in our favorite part of France. We have designed a place that is relaxing for both families and friends (with children or grandparents). This place is our second home. We also share that feeling with someone else who goes on holiday.

It is fully equipped and is well taken care of because we also spend 2-3 months a year there. We maintain and care for it with love.

The site is approximately 1500 m2. Very convenient location, because within 3 minutes by car you are in the pleasant center of Sainte Maxime with its many good restaurants, shops and beautiful wide sandy beaches. The beaches of La Nartelle are also a 3-minute drive away.

Very spacious, enclosed garden with several terraces, including a covered terrace of over 60m2. This large covered terrace also has an outdoor kitchen with a large fixed BBQ, sink with hot and cold water and a large wooden dining table for 6 people. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the hills towards Plan de la Tour. There is a private swimming pool of 10 x 5m, with 6 teak sun loungers.The sun shines on the pool all day long. There is also a private jeu de boules court and a table tennis table.

The garden around the pool slopes straight down and is not suitable for toddlers.

On the ground floor you will find a beautifully furnished living room with fireplace, corner sofa, TV, books, board games and internet/wifi.

The kitchen is equipped with a large Boretti stove, large Liebherr fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. The master bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom (with 2 sinks and shower) is also located on the ground floor. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor, as well as a storage cupboard.

There is also a cot, as well as a high chair and a washing machine.

Interior

On the ground floor you will find a beautifully furnished living room with fireplace, corner sofa, Dutch TV, books, board games, CDs and WIFI.

The kitchen is equipped with a Boretti stove, large Liebherr refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. The master bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom (with 2 sinks and shower) is also located on the ground floor. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor, as well as a storage cupboard.

On the 1st floor there are the other 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), a shared bathroom with 2 sinks with shower and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets.
